It took me a very long time to find the information in the Guru Gita, my whole life, in fact... "Gu" means 'dark' & "Ru" means 'light'... GURU is the most powerful mantra one can repeat, and the only mantra each of really needs, because, we all are 'dark>light', as individuals... So, whenever your mind feels afraid, 'GuRu, GuRu, GuRu.' :)
